HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Covid-19 Situation Shipping Time Delay:

Packages during Covid-19 time will be delayed from 5 – 7 business days than usual, this is something we can’t handle. We’re sorry and thank you for your understanding

The total time from ordered to delivered in Covid-19 situation will be 16 – 24 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as the order is shipped, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you to track the shipping process, please check your email in your order. In case you cannot find your tracking code. Please CONTACT US.

Why isn’t the tracking data showing on your tracking number?

Tracking code may take up to 7 days for US order (and up to 10 days for other countries order) after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS

Orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to the wrong address will be destroyed by the courier or charge for custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our production facility.

You’re protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don’t receive your product after 35 days since the day you purchased (which rarely happen), we will refund you 100% your money, no question asked!
